SCRUM MASTER (M/F)

PROCURAMOS

• Bachelors or a master’s degree in Computer Science; • 4 years of experience with agile methodologies; • Successful track record of being a facilitator in agile teams and have handled large scrum projects in complex environments; • Great knowledge of the different agile methodologies (Scrum and XP are a must), a good knowledge of Lean would be a plus; • Strong relational skills and are a team player; • Excellent organizational skills which help you to handle a lot of different issues in parallel; • Great knowledge of the problems which come up in a web environment even if you do not master all its technologies; • Strong influence skills and comfortable dealing with pressure and conflict situations; • Excellent English language skills and French is a big plus; • Travel flexibility.
