We are currently recruiting a Housekeeping Assistant on behalf of a prestigious five-star hotel in Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys being part of a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The Role
Working as part of the housekeeping team, you will help maintain the hotel's high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort throughout the property.
Your responsibilities will include
- Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to five-star standards.
- Ensuring all rooms are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Replenishing guest amenities and linen as required.
- Maintaining cleanliness in designated public areas and back-of-house spaces, where required.
- Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items to the relevant department.
- Following hotel procedures relating to hygiene, health, and safety.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an excellent guest experience.
The Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Is reliable, organised, and attentive to detail.
- Can work effectively as part of a team in a busy hotel environment.
- Has previous housekeeping or hotel experience
- Has a good level of English to communicate effectively with colleagues.
