We are recruiting a Food & Beverage Assistant on behalf of a prestigious five-star hotel in Ireland. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and wants to develop their hospitality career in an international environment.

The Role As part of the hotel's Food & Beverage team, you will help deliver excellent service to guests across the hotel's dining and beverage operations.

Your responsibilities will include

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service.
• Taking food and beverage orders and serving guests efficiently.
• Preparing and setting up restaurant and service areas.
• Ensuring tables and service areas are clean, tidy, and well presented.
• Supporting the team during busy service periods and special events.
• Following hotel standards for food safety, hygiene, and guest service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Enjoys working as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Has good communication and customer service skills.
• Is reliable, organised, and willing to learn.
• Has previous restaurant, bar, or hotel experience
• Has a good level of English to communicate with guests and colleagues.
