We are recruiting a Duty Manager on behalf of a prestigious five-star hotel in Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to oversee hotel operations in a luxury hospitality environment.

The Role Reporting to the hotel's senior management team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the property, maintaining high standards of service and creating an exceptional experience for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include

• Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring service standards are consistently maintained.
• Supporting and supervising departmental teams across the hotel.
• Handling guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensuring the smooth coordination of departments during busy periods.
• Monitoring health and safety procedures and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
• Assisting with staff training, team development, and performance standards.
• Supporting the management team with operational duties and resolving issues as they arise.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has previous supervisory or Duty Manager experience within a hotel or quality hospitality environment.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Has a genuine passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Is confident making decisions and resolving operational challenges.
• Can work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional approach.
• Has a good level of English and can communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
