Randstad Technologies is a Human Resources Solutions Company specialized in the Recruitment of IT professionals. We are currently searching for Usability and Interaction Designer.

PROCURAMOS

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline; More than 4 years of experience in system design and complex analysis for web based technology development projects including: functional requirement analysis, software/UI design and development; Ability to perform contextual inquiries, user task analyses, create user personas and create process/system flows, and design using wire-frames and story-boards; Experience in front-end technologies (js, rails, android) (preferentially); Extensive knowledge of interaction design and have successfully implemented it in several projects in the past; Must have experience with Human Factors and other design and usability concepts; Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Outstanding analytical skills and creativity; Excellent verbal and written communication skills including communicating clearly, concisely and knowledgeably to both business and technical resources;
