Senior Salesforce Support Analyst

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements

• Functional expertise in Asset Management and a deep understanding of product manufacturing processes and investment fund distribution;
• A minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong IT and Data skills, particularly in SQL/SOQL, data modeling, and project management methodologies;
• Knowledge and experience with support activities;
• A blend of technical and functional skills will be highly advantageous; Fluent in English.
