Descrição da Oferta

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in a Salesforce support role or a similar CRM support environment;
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving common Salesforce issues;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce standard objects and functionality;
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADX 201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is a plus;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation;
  • Experience with data loading tools (e.g., Data Loader).
