We are looking for a Senior Quality Tester to work in a project in Lisbon area.
What are we looking for
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies (mandatory);
- Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, Xray, TestRail, or similar;
- Passionate about Quality and obsessed with Digital Experiences;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Collaborative “no silos” approach to addressing issues based on continuous open communication;
- Critical mindset, continuously challenging the status quo and asking insightful "why" questions to drive innovation and improvement;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality;
- A disciplined approach to test execution;
- Experienced in using modern Agile Quality Assurance methodologies;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in quality testing, preferably in an engineering or technology-focused company;
- Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB) is valued;
- Curiosity and a boundless willingness to learn about new technologies, especially in AI;
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in software quality assurance is a plus;
- Expertise in Financial and HR systems is considered a valuable asset.
