Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to work in a project in Porto (hybrid model)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning;
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques;
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch;
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks such as BERT, GPT, or Transformer models;
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS;
- Knowledge in data engineering, including data curation, cleaning, and preprocessing;
- Strong collaboration with software engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI models;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels;
- Track record of driving innovation and staying updated with the latest AI research and advancements;
- Proven experience in leading AI teams, with a track record of successful project delivery and team management;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders;
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business impact through technological innovation.
