As a scrum master you will be in charge of facilitating and coordinating several Scrum/XP development teams, ensuring that the team follows the agile methodologies and will have the joint responsibility of the continuous improvement in using these methods. You will also be in charge of ensuring that your team has all the information and tools for a successful development and will have to handle all the issues which may surface internally to the team as well in teams which your may depend on.

PROCURAMOS

• Bachelors or a masters degree in Computer Science and at 4 years of experience with agile methodologies. • Successful track record of being a facilitator in agile teams and have handled large scrum projects in complex environments. • Great knowledge of the different agile methodologies (Scrum and XP are a must), a good knowledge of Lean would be a plus. • You have excellent organizational skills which help you to handle a lot of different issues in parallel • Excellent English language skills
