We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP SF (5+ yrs) – implementation, configuration and support;
• Strong knowledge of =2 SF modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning);
• Translate HR business requirements into effective system configurations;
• Experience integrating SF w/ SAP ERP/S4HANA or 3rd-party apps;
• Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance & best practices;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Certification in multiple SF modules, global/multi-country rollouts, People Analytics & workforce planning knowledge
