We are looking for a Functional SAP SD/CS consultant to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the rest of the domain team to ensure knowledge sharing and side effect identification;
- Promoting usage of global business processes;
- Follow guidance and policies in terms of documentation, process Identify potential risks, and blocking points;
- Supporting business users to ensure maximum level of adherence to solution;
- Receive escalation from L2, provide expertise for root cause analysis, and conduct solution fixing;
- Elaborate design for enhancement request, assuring it complies with existing core solution;
- Prepare general and detailed specification in accordance with the methodology and quality expectation;
- Handover design to offshore team;
- Handle customizing and connection with local development team in some specific cases, and follow the complete change process;
- Providing recommendations on SAP functionalities;
- Ensuring verification testing and regression testing on solution;
- Technical basis knowledge is a real accelerator for incident troubleshooting;
- Fluent in English.
