We are looking for a Functional SAP SD/CS consultant for a project for Lisbon or Porto (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the domain team for knowledge sharing and risk identification;
• Promote global business processes;
• Follow documentation and process policies;
• Proactively detect risks and blockers;
• Support business users to ensure solution adherence;
• Handle L2 escalations, perform root cause analysis and fixes;
• Hand over to offshore teams;
• Manage customizing with local teams when needed;
• Provide SAP recommendations; ensure verification and regression testing.

Requirements

• 5+ year of experience in similar roles
• Experience with SAP Customer Service;
• Technical knowledge accelerates incident troubleshooting (basic debugging/technical objects);
• Basic SAP CS knowledge is also valuable as incidents/enhancements may involve this module
