From supporting the development of cleaner energy to helping coordinate projects that restore and protect our natural world, we believe meaningful progress starts with turning complex ideas into practical results.

The Role

We are looking for a resourceful Logistics Manager who enjoys solving problems, connecting the right people, and making things happen. You will help transform project requirements into workable logistics plans, coordinating the movement of equipment, materials, and resources across different locations in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate transport, shipments, storage, and deliveries.
  • Research suppliers, transport routes, and service providers.
  • Compare quotations, costs, timelines, and logistical options.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight companies, and project partners.
  • Develop practical solutions to logistical challenges and changing project needs.
  • Support procurement and operational planning from preparation through execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • A practical, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in logistics, transport, procurement, or supply chain management is an advantage.

Join Us

Bring your expertise to projects where effective logistics helps turn ambitious plans into real-world action. Work with a team that combines operational thinking, technology, and environmental purpose, with flexible working arrangements and opportunities to collaborate across Europe.

Compensation depends on experience, responsibilities, and the agreed working arrangement.
