In this project you will be working in a multicultural environment and with global positioning. With a strong focus on the customer, you will be able to contact with different industries and services such as Cybersecurity, Application Development and Maintenance, Cloud, Data & Intelligence, among others, always working on end-to-end solutions.
We are looking for a Continuous Service Improvement Manager for an hybrid project in Lisbon.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, or Operational Excellence roles.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4 principles, particularly the Continual Improvement model.
- Demonstrated success managing improvement programs or transformation initiatives across complex organizations.
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills, able to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience with KPI/SLA performance analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis tools.
Others
- This role requires strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as it involves frequent interaction with international stakeholders.
- Candidates must also be citizens of a European Union member state.
Desirable
- ITIL v4 Managing Professional or equivalent certification.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- SAFe Experience and/or certification.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools.
- Background in managing multi-vendor or global service delivery environments.
