Senior Business Process Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to work in a project in Lisbon area.

What are we looking for

• 3-4 years of experience in a process-focused role such as a Business Analyst;
• Proficiency with presenting information to audiences of various backgrounds;
• Strong communication skills;
• Understanding of and experience demonstrating competency in conducting process mapping and gap analysis, using various methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma);
• Ability to effectively engage stakeholders through facilitation to gather input to document detailed process flows;
• Exceptional communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
• Ability to identify process-related risks;
• Mid-level understanding of project management principles and methodology;
• Familiarity with ITIL Frameworks / SRE Practices is preferred;
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro);
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their impact on IT operations;
• Fluent in English.
