We are looking for a Unix Architect for a remote project in Lisbon.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Linux/ UNIX operating systems.
• Proficiency in VMware virtualization technologies.
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/MAN network design and implementation.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, load balancers, and security components.
• Ability to develop strategic infrastructure plans.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and their business impact.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Experience with firewalls, encryption, and security tools.
• Ability to perform audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
