We are looking for a Test Manager to work in this project in Lisbon (Sintra) or Porto.
Requirements:
- Set up Test approach and best practices;
- Enable squads with QE approach and best practices to carry out all types of functional testing activities within tribe Investments;
- System testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, Contract based testing, API based testing;
- UAT and end to end testing;
- Resolve queries and provide SME support and Ensure QA policies and QE practices are updated based on the findings, training curriculum are Enhance;
- Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering Assessment;
- Perform QE automation framework assessment in the context of shift left, shift right approaches and automation requirements of squads;
- Provide recommendation on continuation of current framework and required enhancements versus selecting alternative tooling;
- Define and maintain test automation coding standards for automated tests.
- Fluent in English.
