We are looking for a Technical Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon or Oporto (hybrid).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience with Windows, Apache, Oracle, JBoss, MySQL, Linux, Tomcat, and SQL Server;
- Knowledge of Networking and Cybersecurity;
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve L3 technical-functional incidents;
- Maintain documentation for software solutions in the Manufacturing/PLD/HSE domain;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the service;
- Contribute to the implementation of change requests;
- Participate in problem analysis and root cause reviews as needed;
- Support technical obsolescence management and roadmap planning.
