System Administrator

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are seeking a System Administrator to join our team in Porto (hybrid model).

Requirements

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline or the equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in system and/or network administration.
• Proficient in Windows Server administration, patching, domain controller configuration, Group Policy management, and DNS troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, including multi-site replication, OU structure, and secure user/group management.
• Solid understanding of core AWS services (EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, Route 53, CloudWatch, WAF, etc.).
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation concepts and tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.).
• Proficiency in Active Directory (DNS, GPO, etc).
• Networking experience such as switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, and VPNs.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, willing to go the extra mile and work at own initiative.
• Ability to work independently as well as to be a team player, particularly across different sites and time zones.
• Language Proficiency: B2 English Level (official group language).
