Software Developer – Policy Management System (PolicyLog Project)

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are seeking a Software Developer – Policy Management System (PolicyLog Project) to join our team in Porto (hybrid).

Required Skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – capable of working in an international environment and documenting technical work clearly.
• Proven experience in full-stack software development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies (TypeScript, Java, React, Spring).
• Experience integrating rich text editors such as TinyMCE, CKEditor, or Quill for document creation and editing.
• Solid understanding of workflow or process automation systems, including multi-stage approval flows and escalation rules.
• Knowledge of database design and management, including experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration, and familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Strong attention to detail in UI/UX, ensuring intuitive and consistent user experiences.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
