We are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to work in this project in Lisbon (Sintra) or Porto.
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of one or more of the following modules within ServiceNow including HRSD, Employee Journey, Lifecycle events, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Self-Service, and SLA;
- Experience in implementing Employee Centre Pro;
- Experience in implementing Employee document management;
- Experience of integrating ServiceNow with other system via REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and Mulesoft;
- Excellent knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and Web Technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, Jelly, Angular JS, Bootstrap, XML, HTML);
- Certified ServiceNow system administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD;
- Experience with Jira / Confluence.
- Fluent in English.
