We are looking for a Service Manager to work in Braga (Hybrid).

Requirements

• Be from Braga and attend to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, at least;
• Experience with delivery a medium/large team (15+) using Agile methodologies;
• Knowledge and experience of Service Delivery in Cloud (AWS) very nice to have.

Key responsibilities

• Management of the Service;
• Planning of resources for and scheduling of Contractor’s activities;
• Drafting regular status reports about KPIs/SLA fulfilment;
• Propose, discuss and implement measures for Contractor’s optimization;
• Coordination and resolution of escalations and critical issues;
• Optimisation of resources;
• Planning of activities, such as deployments, tests, etc.
