Senior Scrum Master

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to work in this project in Lisbon.

What are we looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role;
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Agile Expertise: Deep and proven expertise in various Agile methodologies (Scrum,Kanban, Lean, SAFe principles) with practical experience in their application;
• Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira);
• Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Scrum, XP, Kanban);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving impediments;
• A positive attitude, with empathy, excellent communication skills and pragmatic approach: listen to the team and support the team in their problem solving, create an environment of open feedback and trust;
• Fluency in English (French or other languages is a plus).
