Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer to work in this project in Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premise solutions (Framework, routing, reporting, routing engine - URS);
• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Composer and IVR development;
• Deep understanding of VoIP and Telephony technologies: SIP protocol, RTP, SDP, and SBCs (AudioCodes, Oracle, etc.);
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle) for reporting (Genesys Info Mart);

Software Development (Strong Asset)

• Experience with React.js (or Vue/Angular) for building modern, responsive user interfaces/agent dashboards;
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Web Services integration;

Languages

• English: Fluent (written and spoken) – Daily working language;
• French: Strong professional proficiency is a very strong plus (to collaborate with French-speaking teams and vendors like Diabolocom);

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

• Experience or strong interest in Diabolocom (or experience migrating from Genesys to Cloud/CCaaS solutions like Diabolocom);
• Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or Genesys Certified Developer (GCD);
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
