Senior Azure & M365 Administrator

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are seeking a Senior Azure & M365 Administrator to join our team in Porto (Hybrid).

We’re looking for someone with

Technical Requirements

• 10+ years of solid experience in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID: identity management, Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, MFA.
• Advanced experience with Exchange Online: troubleshooting, connectors, security, eDiscovery, compliance policies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams: voice, governance, telephony integration, security policies.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online: site administration, permissions, migrations, governance.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell and automation tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Graph API).
• Knowledge of cloud security practices (Zero Trust, monitoring, Defender for 365, Defender for Cloud).
• Experience with migration projects (on-premises to M365/Azure).
• Technical English (B2) for documentation and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid environments (AD DS + Entra ID Sync).
• Skills in cloud solution architecture.
• Jira.
• IronPort.
• Documentation Core Competencies.
• Analytical and proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary groups.
• Focus on security, governance, and operational efficiency.
