We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester to work in a project in Lisbon area.

What are we looking for

• Extensive expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), testing, and quality assurance systems and ecosystems. (Mandatory);
• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in developing sophisticated automated tests within complex environments;
• Demonstrable proficiency in low-code platforms, with a strong preference for UiPath (desired);
• You must understand how to leverage its capabilities for efficient test automation;
• A fervent passion for quality and an obsession with delivering exceptional Digital experiences;
• Hands-on experience with application lifecycle management tools such as Jira and Xray (or similar alternatives);
• A highly collaborative approach, with a track record of building consensus and driving action;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• A high degree of initiative, responsibility, and assertiveness;
• Proven ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without compromising quality;
• A strong aptitude for quickly understanding diverse and complex technical and business realities, translating them into effective test strategies;
• Working hours compatible with Portugal time zones;
• ISTQB certification is valued;
• Fluent in English.
