This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Operational support on all environments (investigate and resolve incident & issues, change requests, maintenance, on call...);
- Level 3 Support on IT infrastructure;
- Ensure stability of applications and systems;
- Drive technical projects with infrastructure and development teams;
- Participate in providing technical architecture and support on Business Projects;
- Improve our tools and procedures (Shell scripting, PowerShell, test scenario...);
- Provide secure architecture (comply with SLAs).
Requirements:
- Operating Systems: Unix/Linux Red Hat RHEL 5x to 7x, AIX 6x, Windows Server 2008 and latest versions;
- Shell/Perl Scripting, Python, Powershell;
- DevOps, Continuous Integration Platform (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Confluence, XL Deploy, XL Release…);
- Control M, Zabbix, Grafana Monitoring.
