In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.
We are looking for a Scrum Master to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Scrum Master in an agile methodology ;
- Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira;
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Product Owner, Development team, and other stakeholders involved improving and increasing the interactions between all and understanding if work is completely transparent;
- Ensure that events take place and that attendees understand its purpose and help everyone to understand the framework and its values and apply best practices;
- Gatekeeper between the Development team and all stakeholders;
- Coach the Squad members;
- Managing all non-development activities and allowing the team to focus;
- Promotes and supports the value delivery across the tribe;
- Facilitates tribe events and processes;
- Assists the squads in delivering value.
