RPA Developer Senior

We are looking for a RPA Developer Senior for a long term role in this hybrid project in Lisbon.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on UiPath;
• Strong understanding of process analysis, design, and optimisation;
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python is an advantage;
• Knowledge of APIs, database queries (SQL), and integration techniques;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• UiPath certifications;
• Experience with other RPA platforms (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere);
• Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA.
