This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a QA Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing;
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and test management software, with specific knowledge of Octane being a strong asset;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues;
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development processes is preferred;
- Fluent in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test cases;
- Perform manual and automated testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality meets quality standards;
- Document and report software defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues;
- Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing to validate software functionality;
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports;
- Provide feedback on usability and functionality to contribute to continuous improvement.
