QA Analyst/Scrum Master (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a QA Analyst/Scrum Master (French Speaker) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements

• Between 6 and 9 years of experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a similar role in the IT industry;
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile practices;
• Familiarity with software testing techniques and tools, specifically Jira Xray or Octane;
• Excellent proactive communication skills in both English and French (C1 level);
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Desirable Skills

• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or any relevant QA certification would be a plus;
• Experience with automation testing tools is an advantage;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
