We are looking for a Project Manager Support to work in this project in Lisbon (Sintra) or Porto.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Act as the representative of the Owner and leading the project team;
- Organize and coordinating project resources, including facilities, engineering and construction teams from the client and the suppliers in charge;
- In collaboration with the client, validate Shared sites assessment on separation impacts;
- Identify assets related to the client that must be separated;
- Follow up on the progress of sub-projects and coordinating their actions on local sites;
- Maintain weekly one page to provide status and update project risks;
- Ensure the success of the project by respecting budget, planning, quality, and other factors;
- Drive with the Delivery Lead the progress of the project;
- Suggest simplification of what is not useful for the client and improvement what is missing;
- Communicate and collaborate with the IT Product owners, project managers, Service Delivery Manager, to insure correct and timely information sharing;
- Fluent in English.
