Project Manager

Location: Flexible / Hybrid Travel: Across Europe Start: Immediate

About the Role

Skandern is looking for a proactive and resourceful Project Manager to coordinate and oversee operational projects across multiple European locations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys travelling, taking ownership, coordinating people and suppliers, solving problems and ensuring that projects run smoothly from initial planning through successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee projects across different European cities.
• Coordinate suppliers, service providers, partners and resources.
• Manage timelines, budgets, logistics and project requirements.
• Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved.
• Identify challenges, find practical solutions and take ownership of execution.
• Travel when required to support projects and oversee operations on-site.
• Ensure every project is delivered to a high professional standard.

• Is flexible with working hours and comfortable adapting to changing situations.
• Takes initiative and enjoys working independently.
• Has a hands-on mentality and is willing to get involved wherever needed.
• Is organised, responsible and comfortable coordinating people, suppliers and projects.
• Has excellent spoken and written English.
• Is available to start immediately.

Experience in project management, logistics, operations, procurement or hospitality is an advantage. However, the right mindset, attitude and willingness to take responsibility are equally important.

Working Arrangement

Flexible and hybrid working arrangement, with project-based responsibilities and travel across Europe when required.
