We are looking for a People Operations Specialist for a Maternity Cover in Lisbon (remote).
What are we looking for
- Human Resource degree, certification and/or equivalent experience;
- 4+ years of HR experience required; previous shared services responsibilities preferred;
- Understanding of HR principles, practices and procedures;
- Excellent customer service, sense of urgency and time management;
- Strong analytical skills; attention to detail;
- Experience in mentoring others; teamwork to deliver excellent customer service;
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and measure effectiveness of initiatives;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; lead by example in fast environment;
- Discretion with sensitive information;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent in English is mandatory, bilingual skills (Portuguese) are an added value.
