Outsystems Tech lead

We are looking for an OutSystems Tech lead for a project in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development, including roles focused on architecture, team leadership, and solution design;
• Proven track record in leading OutSystems-based projects with strong delivery and architectural quality;
• Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions;
• Proficiency in integration design, especially involving third-party APIs and Generative AI technologies;
• OutSystems certifications (Associate, Professional, or Tech Lead) are highly valued;
• Experience working in Lean Agile environments is a strong plus;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions following OutSystems development best practices, ensuring solution performance and users adoption;
• Develop integrations with external systems according to the defined architecture guidelines;
• Finish all assigned tasks with quality within the defined timeline;
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing, executing the necessary bug fixing.
