We are looking for an OutSystems Developer for a project in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements

• Experience in developing with OutSystems, low-code platforms, or modern cloud-native architectures;
• Strong ability to understand complex systems through hands-on exploration, not only through reviews or SME interviews;
• A strong builder/developer mindset, a proven ability to understand and master complex systems through hands-on exploration and implementation, not solely through reviews or interviews;
• Excellent communication skills and a user-first mindset, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences;
• Some experience or interest in creating technical content (technical documentation or online training) for developers or other technical audiences;
• Familiar with a docs-as-code approach, including authoring in Markdown, collaborating through GitHub, and working in development-friendly environments such as VS Code;
• Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to learn new technologies and learning principles quickly;
• Familiar with Agile delivery practices and its most common tools (like Jira) and comfortable working in iterative development cycles;
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
