We are looking for Operations Engineer – Digital Telco for our team.
About the role
In the context of a platform migration to a microservices architecture, we are looking for an Operations Engineer to be part of our DevOps teams under the Managed Services Digital perimeter. You will be responsible for the support to the migration team, and assure the maintenance of the platform, guaranteeing it responds to specific customer and market requirements, increasing and improving its flexibility, effectiveness, and maintenance. This person will ensure ITIL procedures, mainly E2E Incident Management troubleshooting under the Operations layer, ensure environments’ reliability and stability, promoting preventive and corrective maintenance under the operations layer, work effectively within a cross functional team environment to implement projects in a timely manner, contribute on the continuous improvement process of the delivery process and team procedures and technical knowledge to assure the standard deliveries and provide clear communication, timely escalation of daily activities to the project team and stakeholders.
What are we looking for
- Knowledge of reporting/logging (Logstash, Splunk, Tableau);
- Understanding of basic API integration concepts;
- Understanding of basic AWS concepts;
- Good ability to follow and document sequence and UML diagrams;
- Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or similar.

- Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients;
- Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy;
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
- Strong communication skills.
