Middle RPA Technical Support Analyst / Developer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Middle RPA Technical Support Analyst / Developer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements

• IT Background (Technical degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience);
• More than 3 years of professional experience;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical / functional advanced solutions as well as the capability to proactively identify and address potential issues within RPA processes;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory – minimum B1) and French (mandatory – minimum B2);
• Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with UiPath RPA tool;
• Experience with programming languages (preferably experience in .NET environment: C#, VB.Net);
• UiPath Certification(s);
• Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts;
• Experience with the Atlassian stack and Version Control;
• Familiarity with Elastic Search and Kibana.
