Integration (Java) Engineer

Here you will work in the development of high-tech systems integration services in areas such as digital transformation and network automation for different sectors of activity, but in particular for telecommunications.

We are looking for an Integration (Java) Engineer for a long term role in this project in Lisbon or Porto (flexible hybrid).

As a part of your job, you will

• Upgrade portal source code and associated Java libraries from 1.7 to 1.8;
• Implement necessary code modifications to ensure system compatibility;
• Collaborate with Agile teams to plan, execute, and validate upgrades;
• Apply development and operations expertise to troubleshoot and optimize the system

What are we looking for

• Manage and deploy applications on WebLogic;
• Develop and maintain Java 7/8 applications;
• Work with Oracle Database;
• Use Maven and Spring;
• Experience with WebCenter Portal is a plus;
• Integrate systems with JDBC, JMS, Datasources, and Queues;
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins;
• English Level: C1
• Fluent in Portuguese.
