Our Client is a software company providing the industry leading All-in-One Agile Suite, the first unified solution to address the full life cycle of delivering and managing web business applications, based on agile methods.

• Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues related to the Agile Platform and Agile Network products;
• Provide timely account status reporting both to customers and management;
• Actively design, plan, implement Product Support processes, procedures and policies including FAQ analysis, case reviews, and customer feedback analysis.

PROCURAMOS

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; - Experience level varies based on role. Background in a customer or account management position in the Enterprise Software or related industry (required for Premier support); - Experience with operating Systems administration: Microsoft Windows (XP, 2003 and above), RedHat Linux; - Familiarity with relational Database administration skills: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL; - Experience Application Servers configuration and management: Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and ASP.NET, JBoss; - Web application specific related programming language knowledge: JavaScript, CSS and HTML; - Experience with TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SMTP; Some Software development experience required. Ability to read, develop, troubleshoot and debug software in C# and Java.
