Fullstack Developer – Python & Angular

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer – Python & Angular to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with hands-on experience in Angular, TypeScript, Python, and REST API development
• Mid-level experience with Angular, including modular architecture, forms, RxJS, responsive design, and consumption of REST APIs.
• Strong backend development experience with Python, ideally using FastAPI, with knowledge of RESTful APIs, backend logic, relational databases, and data modelling.
• Good knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD concepts, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and software development best practices. Experience with Docker is a plus.
• Fluent Portuguese and English at B2 level or above. Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration skills, and motivation to grow in a structured enterprise environment are required. French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Angular on the frontend and Python/FastAPI on the backend, ensuring alignment with established enterprise architecture and technical standards.
• Implement and integrate Angular frontends, FastAPI microservices, APIs, and external systems, following defined API, security, and integration guidelines.
• Ensure software quality and security by following development standards, testing strategies, secure coding practices, and established CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with senior developers, Tech Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges, improve application performance, and support effective delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team through code reviews, knowledge sharing, mentoring, technical workshops, and the adoption of modern Python and Angular practices.
