We are currently in the process of recruiting a Fluent Communicator in Arabic / English for a company client located in Lisbon.

Job Description

• To proceed with the scheduling in Outbound and Inbound telephone collection of equipment in the hands of distributors receptors;
• Provide information regarding conditions of use and handling of equipment;
• To update the records of distributors;
• Perform seasonal Outbound contacts;
• Ensure complementary activities in BackOffice;
• IVR Service;
• Voice Mail Service;

Requirements

• Native candidates of the Middle East Countries;
• Second Language required: English;
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing;

Conditions

• Temporary contract;
• Working Hours: between 7am and 8pm (undefined), in a total of 40H / per week;
