DevOps Support Engineer

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

What are we looking for

• Between 6 and 9 years of professional experience;
• Strong experience with Ansible, Python and PowerShell;
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation best practices;
• CI/CD ecosystem knowledge, including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, XL-Deploy and XL-Release;
• Experience with Windows Server administration and automation;
• Familiarity with Linux environments;
• Knowledge of scheduling platforms such as Control-M and/or VTOM;
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira;
• Understanding of monitoring and observability platforms;
• Experience with secrets management solutions such as CyberArk and Conjur;
• Good level of English Language;
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ;
• Experience with Redis;
• Experience with NeoLoad and k6;
• Knowledge of DevOps, SRE and Platform Engineering practices;
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
