Job Description

• Customer Service (Incidents/Reports);
• Campaign Asessment and Marketing Database;
• Complaints Management;
• System Development;
• New Projects;
• Data management and process;
• Retention Project.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management or similar;
• Very good knowledge of Office (Word, Excel and Access);
• Very good comphreension of English and Spanish speaking and writing;
• Previous work experience in a similar role;
• Team player;
• Used to work under pressure;
• Schedule flexibility;
• Good sense of responsability;
• Full and immediate availability.
