We are hiring a Business Analyst for a project in Lisbon (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for integrations.
- Work with SQL Server (complex queries, stored procedures, views, indexes, data analysis and modeling).
- Define functional and technical requirements for REST/SOAP APIs.
- Map and design end-to-end integration flows.
- Act as a bridge between the client and the technical team.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Participate in functional and integration testing.
- Work within agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional analysis roles within integration projects.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server.
- Experience in defining and specifying REST and SOAP APIs.
- Clear communication skills with clients and technical teams.
- Experience with project/task management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps or similar).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with tools like Postman or similar for API testing.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft is a plus.
