BMC REMEDY ADMINISTRATOR (M/F)

Randstad Technologies, a Human Resources company specialized on Recruitment, Outsourcing and Training on IT and Telecommunications, is currently recruiting a BMC Remedy Administrators. Our client is a Multinational Company with relevant international projects taking place in Portugal, namely on research and development of Telecommunication solutions

PROCURAMOS

• Bachelor or Degree in Engineering (or similar); • Professional Experience: 1-3 years. • Knowledge of Apache/Tomcat web servers • Knowledge of Trouble Ticketing Systems • Knowledge of BMC Remedy products • Basic HW knowledge (identify HW components and first line troubleshooting of HW issues) • Basic knowledge of TCP-IP (DNS, routing) • Linux/Unix/Windows power user skills (user management, end user support) • Experience in support activities and team work • Availability to work in shifts/on call duty • Fluent communication skills (English is mandatory) • Basic Process interpretation knowledge • Availability to travel (Preferential).
