In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. We are looking for a Transversal Production to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software development/support;
- At least 10 years’ experience in a similar position (Production Support);
- General IT infrastructure knowledge;
- Being confortable with working on different Operating Systems (Windows, Linux - Red Hat);
- Windows (PowerShell, Active Directory, Event logs, …);
- Application Performance Monitor (Dynatrace preferable);
- Good understanding of the ITIL norm especially Incident, Change and Request Management and practices;
- Devops Toolchain (Ansible, Jenkins, …);
- Knowledge in RPA (Blue Prism preferable);
- Relational database concepts knowledge;
- English (mandatory);
- French is a plus;
- Good communication skills;
- Autonomous and proactive person;
- Team player;
- Think out-of-the box and come up with new ideas/ improvements for the processes;
- Organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support of all the environments hosting BNP Paribas applications, both locally developed and third parties internally hosted;
- Ensuring the specialist support to the IT development and Application Support team;
- Manage applications migrations/re-hosting;
- Coordinate the change management for all the applications in scope;
- Collaborate to the changes on the infrastructure hosting the applications in scope;
- Contribute to global/local strategic projects.
