This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Support Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements:
- Less than 3 years of experience;
- Academic background in either Computer Science (or similar IT degree), Economics or Finance;
- Passion and experience in 3rd line IT Support role related tasks;
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability, efficient multi-tasking in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment;
- Proven experience in PL/SQL and SQL programming languages;
- Understanding in object-oriented languages;
- Familiarity with basic Financial concepts;
- Experience with Oracle; IQ; ASE; Hive database (nice to have);
- Experience with VBA; SQL Workbench; GitLab, Control-M, BitBucket; CFT; Jenkins; Kakfa; Big Data; Unix (nice to have);
- Familiarity with basic ITIL (nice to have);
- Proficient in English;
- Knowledge of french (plus).
