This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements:
-3-6 years of experience as a Support Analyst;
-Academic background in either Computer Science (or similar IT degree), Economics or Finance;
-Passion and experience in 3rd line IT Support role related tasks;
-Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability, efficient multi-tasking in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment;
-Empathy and ownership of customer issues;
-Strong interpersonal, relationship, management, and communication skills;
-Ability to promote process improvement;
-Proven experience in PL/SQL and SQL programming languages;
-Understanding in object-oriented languages;
-Familiarity with basic Financial concepts;
-Proficient in English.
Nice-to-have:
-Experience with Oracle, IQ, ASE and Hive database;
-Experience with VBA and SQL Workbench;
- Experience with GitLab, Control-M and BitBucket;
-Experience with CFT, Jenkins, Kakfa;
-Solid experience with of Big Data and Unix;
-Familiarity with basic ITIL;
-Familiarity with Jira / Confluence;
-Knowledge of French.
