This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements:
-Experience with Distributed (Web) and Client-Server Technical Architecture;
-Experience with SQL and Oracle DBMS;
-Experience with Unix and Windows Scripting;
-Knowledge of Batch Scheduler: Control-M;
-Knowledge of Incident and Change Management Tool: ServiceNow;
-Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment;
-Knowledge of Collaborative Tools: Confluence, Office 365 (including Teams);
-Knowledge of the Leasing or Banking business;
-Knowledge of Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, XRAY);
-Excellent communication and presentation skills;
-Fluent in English and French.
